Bragança
The district of Bragança, with its natural and wild landscapes, the towns and stone villages steeped in history and a way of life still very much marked by tradition, is a constant discovery.
The rivers, predominantly the Douro and its tributaries, run through the district between valleys and mountains. The mountains and dams throughout the municipality offer magnificent and beautiful landscapes with viewpoints inviting contemplation.
The Montesinho Natural Park, the Douro International Natural Park and the Albufeira do Azibo Protected Landscape are an integral part of the district, where the vineyards and fruit trees give a unique colour to the region, which changes from season to season.
