It consists of two round arches, a larger central one and a smaller lateral one. This structure was built in good quality trimmed granite stone.

The board of this bridge slightly outlines the form of an easel. Like other bridges located in the municipality of Alijó, this one also articulates with a Roman road that connects to the village of Amieiro.

Note that this structure allows the crossing of the S. Mamede stream.
