Here, the landscape is overwhelming and only after returning to the body the breath held by the astonishment of the surroundings of the place, do we notice a smaller funerary monument, a few meters from another of large dimensions.
The two funerary monuments form the megalithic necropolis of Lameira de Cima, which constitutes one of the most important prehistoric sacro-funerary spaces in Penedo's territory.

The smaller monument, called dolmen 2 of Lameira de Cima, has a polygonal chamber, with a small corridor.
The excavation works revealed that its use took place in a short period of time, between the end of the 4th/3rd millennium BC. The archaeological investigation also revealed that the use of this monument was different from what happened in the dolmen1, especially in terms of its ritualistic character, such as the deposition of offerings and the sealing of the tomb.
